Terms of Service
§ 1 Application
The following terms and conditions apply for deliveries of the company Sommerfeld Porsche-TUNING (in the following Monasteria-Performance, contact details see imprint) on the basis of Internet orders over the Monasteria-Performance Onlineshop (under the Internet address Monasteria-Performance.de). The terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply, even if this is not expressly objected to.
§ 2 Ordering
The Internet order of the customer is a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement on the ordered goods.
§ 3 Condition of the purchase contract
All offers within the framework of the Monasteria-Performance Onlineshops are free. A delivery contract does not start with the confirmation of receipt of the order, but only if the company Monasteria-Performance has sent the customer by e-mail a contract acceptance or has carried out the delivery. The contract text will not be stored by the Monasteria-Performance accessible to the customer after conclusion of the contract; however, the customer shall send all contractual provisions and these General Terms and Conditions by e-mail or as a letter.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the pages of the Sommerfeld Porsche-TUNING Onlineshop (for example in the case of temporary actions), Monasteria-Performance reserves the right to change the range of the Monasteria-Performance Onlineshop at any time.
§ 4 Revocation instruction and form
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in the legal cases (§ 312g BGB), for which the following instruction applies:
You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons.
The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier who has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Monasteria-Performance, Münnichweg 53, 48167 Münster, firstname.lastname@example.org) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter or e-mail sent by mail) about your decision revoke, inform. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form, but this is not required.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us ) Within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. To return or to deliver. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the end of the deadline of 14 days.
They bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
